Summer Oasis Superstudio

In the realm of event organization and management, my involvement with Superstudio, a renowned company based in Milan, represented an important opportunity to work with a significant player in the market. On July 12, 2023, Superstudio brought to life an event titled “Summer Oasis,” transforming the enchanting garden of Superstudio Più into a refreshing tropical oasis. For this event, I was responsible for the concept and management of the graphic design.

Collaborating with expert consultant Alessandro Riggio, I led the entire creative process, crafting a cohesive and engaging visual identity for the event. From the initial email invitation to the communication on WhatsApp, from participation badges to bar counters and informational panels within the garden, every aspect was carefully curated to ensure visual consistency that echoed the central theme of the tropical oasis.

The decision to use soft lines evoking the movement of both waves and dunes was a shared idea with Superstudio and Alessandro, who appreciated the concept. This design captured the essence of freshness and the atmosphere of an oasis, providing a fascinating contrast to the “rigidity” of Superstudio’s square brand identity. This choice acted as a mediation to balance the brand’s identity with the event’s theme.

The use of dominant summer colors such as red and white contributed to creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere, also reflecting the distinctive colors of Superstudio’s brand. The introduction of variations in black and aqua blue in some panels added depth and completeness to the work, emphasizing the company’s commitment to sustainability. This color choice not only established a visual connection with the brand but also helped convey important messages and values.

Being recognized as an official partner of the event was an honor.
